The Igor Ambrosin Trio brings together Italian pianist and composer Igor Ambrosin, Singaporean double bassist and electronic musician Jonathan Ho Chin Kiat, and French drummer Pierre Hurty.
The group performs original compositions that explore the intersections of rhythm, form and improvisation within groove-based frameworks. By combining acoustic instruments with live electronics and sampled materials, their music moves between structured precision and open spontaneity, creating layered soundscapes that balance intimacy, complexity and a sense of continuous transformation.
