Danny Rombout invites – Ponta Aberta

Ponta Aberta, is a Rotterdam based trio formed by Lydia Stavraki (vocals), Renzo Navone (guitars) and Rafael Durão (percussion). The project started at a Summer House session next to the ‘tropical’ Maas while contemplating the sounds of the old Brazilian masters. On stage, they bring the warmth and vibe of the summer nostalgia. The repertoire consists of bossa nova, samba and musica popular Brasileira (MPB), infused by their own arrangements.
